摘要
通过介绍比较组培实验室环境消毒和外植体消毒几种常见方法的原理、注意事项及优缺点等,认为用中草药及新洁尔灭进行环境消毒更为低毒友好;对外植体进行消毒时,综合考量,次氯酸钠比氯化汞更为合适。
The principles, points for attention, the shortages and disadvantages of surrounding disinfection and explant disinfection in tissue culture lab were introduced. By comparing, we find it is good to use Chinese herbs and geramine to disinfect the surroundings and it is more suitable to use NaCIO to disinfect explants than to use HgCl2.
