磷酸二异辛酯的合成研究

Study on synthesis of Bis(2-Ethylhexyl)Phosphate

实现了磷酸直接酯化制取磷酸二异辛酯,解决了传统工艺需要处理废气的问题,以酸、醇及吗啉为原料,在催化剂的作用下反应合成了磷酸二异辛酯的码啉盐,同时通过一系列的对比实验,如改变反应温度、催化剂用量、原料配比等,来探索提高收率的方法。

Using phosphoric acid, isooctyl alcohol and morpholine as raw materials,morpholine salts of bis（2-ethylhexyl） phosphate was synthesized. This process can realize direct esterification of phosphoric acid and solve the problem that waste gas from traditional process need be treated. Through a series of experiments, methods to increase the yield of product was discussed, such as changing reaction temperature, changing catalyst dosage, and changing ratio of raw materials, finally the best parameters were gained.
