循证护理在改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生存质量中的效果观察

目的探讨循证护理在改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生存质量中的效果观察。方法回顾性分析该院近年来收治的90例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床资料,将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理。比较2组患者护理后对于生存质量的影响。结果 2组患者治疗前的生存质量评分差异性无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后生存质量评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生存质量中的效果确切,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate evidence-based numing in improving chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on quality of life of patients with the observation of the effect of. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in improving Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients quality of life in the exact effect, is worthy of clinical use.
