摘要
目的探讨经后腹腔途径行腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术的临床意义和操作技术。方法回顾性分析该科82例经后腹腔途径腹腔镜下行输尿管切开取石术患者的临床资料。结果所有82例手术均顺利完成,无相关术中术后并发症发生。结论经后腹腔途径行腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术是治疗输尿管上、中段结石安全有效的方法。
Objective To explore the technical detail of retroperitoneoscopic ureterolithotomy and evaluate its clinical effect. Methods The clinical data of 82 patients underwent retroperitoneoscopic ureterolithotomywere analyzed retrospectively.Results All the operations succeeded, no complicationwas observed. Conclusions Retroperitoneoscopic ureterolithotomy is safe and effective in treatingproximal ormiddle ureteral calculi.
