试论当代语文教育的现状及对策

On the Current Situation of Present-day Chinese Teaching and Its Solutions

语文难教、难学、难考、难提高的严峻现实是目前制约语文教学的基本因素，尤其是语文教育的泛政治化和语文教育的标准化更是制约语文教育的两大弊端。因此，语文教育要适应新时代的要求，必须从根本上加以改革，即对语文学科的性质进行再认识，改革陈旧的教学方法和单一的教学手段，改革语文课程、教材和考试方法，真正提高语文教师的综合素质，以语文教育的现代化带动整个教育的现代化。

In recent years,secondary school Ch inese teaching has become a hot issue of great concern.The current situation is that Chinese is difficult to teach,to learn,to be examined and to be improved.Th is has hindered the teaching of Chinese.Besides,politicalisation and standardiza tion of Chinese teaching are two more drawbacks.To meet the demands of the new e ra,the teaching of Chinese must undergo some fundamental reforms.Specifically,th e nature of Chinese as a subject must be reexamined;the out of date teaching m ethod and the unvarying teaching means must be changed;curriculum,course books a nd test approach must be rearranged;the comprehensive quality of Chinese teacher s must be improved.Only by doing so can we realize modernization of Chinese teac hing.The modernization of Chinese teaching will lead to modernization of the who le education.
