摘要
罗杰斯的“以学生为中心”的教学理论和“非指导性”教学模式,对当前教育理论界提倡的创新教育、创造性教学具有指导意义。宏观上,有利于现代大教学观的确立;微观上,有利于教学氛围的创设、学生创造性及潜能的开发等,而这些通过加强师生间情感交流能取得更明显的效果。
Based on Rogers' “nondirective” t eaching theory and our exploration of the theory's characteristics,and from the point of view of renovative education and creative teaching,this article analyze s the theory's enlightment and significance to the emotional exchange taking pla ce in the whole process of teaching.Besides, a few proposals are put forward.
