摘要
李冲是北魏孝文帝时期著名的政治家、改革家。在太和改制中协契圣主，立三长、行租调、革旧制、建新都，为北魏政权建设作出了重大贡献。他锐意改革及为官自律的品质堪为后世之楷模。
Lichong was a politician and reformer in the reign of Emperor Xiaowen.He assisted Emperor Xiaowen to reform the old inst it utions,thus making great contributions to the consolidation of the state power o f Northern Wei.
