文章从旅游法的产生、概念、调整对象、基本原则和主要内容等方面分析了旅游法的一些基本问题 ,进而提出了旅游法的特点 ,认为旅游法应成为一个独立的法律部门 ,并建议尽快制定一部旅游基本法 。
