西部教师素质及其培养途径

On Teachers' Quality and Its Cultivation in Western Regions in China

西部教育发展和人才培养的关键在教师。分析了面对知识经济时代的教师素质要求以及西部教师素质较低的原因 ,提出要从加大师范教育课程体系、教学内容的改革力度 ;加强在职进修工作 ,优化师资队伍 ,积极改进培养方式 ;加大教育投入 ,改善育人环境 ,提高教师待遇等方面来提高教师的素质。

Teachers are the key to educational development and cultivation of human talents in western regions in China.The article has analyzed the requirements of teachers' quality faced with the era of knowledge economy and the reasons why the teachers' quality is comparatively low in western regions in China,and has put forward that teachers' quality must be improved from the following aspects:quickening the reform in course system and teaching contents of the teachers education strengthening the in-service training, optimizing the world of teachers and actively improving the cultivation methods;increasing the input in education to better the environment of fostering students and increase teahers' wages.
