摘要
建立一种调经益母胶囊中盐酸水苏碱含量的离子交换高压液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法.色谱条件:色谱柱为Hypersil SCX(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为12mmol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(含体积分数为0.02%三乙胺和体积分数为0.2%冰乙酸);检测波长为192nm;流速为1.0mL.min-1;柱温为30℃.实验结果表明:盐酸水苏碱在0.162 8~0.814 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 95),平均加样回收率为97.31%,峰面积积分值的相对标准偏差为0.88%(n=6).
In this paper, a determination method was established to determine the content of stachydrine hydrochloride in Tiaojing Yimu capsules by using an ion-exchange high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The chromatographic conditions were: the chromatographic column was Hypersil SCX (250 mm× 4. 6 ram, 5 μm); the mobile phase was 12 mmol· L-1 monopotassium phosphate (comprising 0. 02% triethylamine and 0. 2% acetic acid) ; the detection wavelength was set at 192 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 and the column temperature was controlled at 30 ℃. Results showed that the calibration curves for stachydrine hydrochloride showed good linearity in the range of 0. 162 8-0. 814 0μg (r=0. 999 95), and the average recovery rate was 97.31%, with RSD=0. 88% (n=6).
