摘要
目的:探讨转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)、转化生长因子β受体Ⅰ(TGFβRⅠ)、Ⅱ在大肠癌发生中的可能作用。方法:免疫组织化学法检测110例大肠息肉(息肉组,其中高危型大肠腺瘤50例)、各期大肠癌(大肠癌组)40例及正常大肠组织(正常组)20例TGFβ1,TGFβRⅠ、TGFβRⅡ的表达。结果:息肉组、大肠癌组和正常组间TGFβ1、TGFβRⅡ表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而3组间TGFβRⅠ表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高危型大肠腺瘤与Duke's A期大肠癌TGFβ1表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而2组间TGFβRⅠ、TGFβRⅡ表达均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TGFβ1、TGFβRⅡ在正常组、息肉组、大肠癌组间有不同,提示该指标可能参与大肠癌发生,TGFβ1可能在大肠腺瘤癌变早期起作用。
Objective:To explore the roles of transforming growth factor β1(TGFβ1),TGFβRⅠ and TGFβRⅡ in the development of the large intestine cancer. Methods:The expressions of TGFβ1,TGFβRⅠ and TGFβRⅡ of colorectal adenoma of 50 cases,large intestine cancer of 40 cases and normal tissue of 20 cases were detected through immunohistochemistry. Results:The expressions of TGFβ1 and TGFβRⅡ of the three groups were statistical significant(P〈0.01),but not different for TGFβRⅠ(P〉0.05).The expression of TGFβ1 in colorectal adenoma and large intestine cancer with Duke′s A stage was statistical significant(P〈0.05),but not different for TGFβRⅠ and TGFβRⅡ(P〉0.05). Conclusions:The expressions of TGFβ1 and TGFβRⅡ in normal tissue,colorectal adenoma and large intestine cancer are different,which demonstrate that the expression may participate the forming of large intestine cancer,and TGFβ1 may play some roles in the early stage of colorectal adenoma-carcinoma transition.
