神经内镜治疗症状性中颅窝蛛网膜囊肿12例

The efficacy of neuroendoscopic surgery in treatment of 12 cases with symptomatic arachnoid cysts of middle cranial fossa

目的:探讨神经内镜治疗症状性中颅窝蛛网膜囊肿的有效性、安全性、微创性。方法:采用神经内镜对12例症状性中颅窝蛛网膜囊肿进行囊肿壁部分切除及造瘘术。结果:术后除1例出现动眼神经麻痹外,余11例症状改善明显。结论:神经内镜治疗中颅窝蛛网膜囊肿手术创伤小,并发症少,疗效好,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the efficiency,safety and microtraumatity of neuroendoscopic therapy for symptomatic arachnoid cysts of middle cranial fossa. Methods：Twelve cases with symptomatic arachnoid cysts of middle cranial fossa were treated with partial stripping of arachnold membranes combined with fistulation by neuroendoscopy. Results：The symptoms of 11 cases except 1 case with oculomotor nerve paralysis were obviously improved. Conclusions：Treatment of symptomatic arachnoid cysts of middle cranial fossa with neuroendoscopy is safety,good effects and less complications,which is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
