通脉活血汤治疗冠心病心绞痛51例

Clinical efficacy of Tongmai Decoction in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris 51 cases

[目的]观察通脉活血汤对冠心病心绞痛患者临床疗效及对心电图、血液流变性、血脂的影响。[方法]对照组51例,采用常规治疗,如硝酸酯类、钙拮抗剂、β受体阻滞剂、ACEI、他汀类药维持原量不变;治疗组46例,在对照组治疗基础上给予通脉活血汤,药用人参10g,葛根24g,黄芪30g,郁金、当归各15g,川芎、赤芍各12g,三七末3g,每日1剂,水煎,分早、晚饭后服。[结果]经统计学处理冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效、心电图、血液流变性、血脂均有显著性差异。[结论]加用通脉活血汤能够进一步改善心绞痛症状、改善心电图、降低血黏度、加强降脂疗效、升高高密度脂蛋白。

[ Objective ] To observe Tongmai Huoxue Coronary Heart Disease patients with angina clinical efficacy, electrocardiogram, blood theology, blood lipids. [Methods] The treatment group （51 cases）, with conventional therapy, such as nitrates, calcium antagonists, beta blockers, ACE inhibitors, statins maintain the original amount of the same ; control group of 46 cases in the control group on the basis of given Tongmai Huoxue decoction, the medicinal Renshen 10g,Gegen 24g, Huangqi 30g, Yujin, Danggui 15g, Chuanxiong, Chishao each 12g, Sanqi powder3g, one day, decoction, divided into early and after dinner service. [Re- sults] Statistical analysis of the efficacy of patients with angina pectoris, ECG, blood rheology, blood lipids were significant differences. [ Conclusion ] The addition of Tongmai Huo Xue Tang able to further improve the symptoms of angina, improve the ECG, lower blood viscosity, to enhance the efficacy of lipid - lowering, and increased high density lipoprotein.
