摘要
[目的]观察自拟中药偏瘫复原汤、针刺联合西医治疗脑梗塞偏瘫后遗症疗效。[方法]对63例患者采用常规西医治疗、口服自拟中药偏瘫复原汤、针刺疗法,连续治疗2个疗程进行疗效判定。[结果]痊愈20例,显效32例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率为97.00%。[结论]自拟中药偏瘫复原汤、针刺联合西医治疗脑梗塞偏瘫后遗症疗效满意。
[ Objective ] to observe Piantan Fuyuan decoction and acupuncture with Western medicine treat cerebral infarction hemiplegia sequelae curative effect. [ Method]63 patients were treated with conventional treatment of western medicine, oral since quasi Piantan Fuyuan decoction, acupuncture treatment, continuous treatment on two treatment outcome. [ Results ] 20 cases cured, 32 cases excellent, 9 cases effective, invalid in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 97.00%. [ Conclusion] Use Piantan Fuyuan decoction and acupuncture with Western medicine treat cerebral infarction bemiplegia sequelae satisfied curative effect.
