[目的]总结分析中医外治法在小儿外感发热中的应用。[方法]收集20例应用中医外治法治疗小儿外感发热的病例,总结出不同的中医外治疗法,评价各种治疗方法的疗效。[结果]外治小儿外感发热的中医疗法多样,包括:针刺、刮痧、擦浴、拔罐等,不同的疗法有各自的优势。[结论]中医外治法对于小儿外感发热的疗法多样,治疗效果比较理想。

[ Objective] To summarize the analysis of traditional Chinese Medicinal children cold fever. [ Methods] 20 cases of exogenous application of traditional Chinese medicinal treatment of children with fever cases, summed up the Chinese medicine treatment, evaluate the efficacy of various treatments. [ Results] The variety of foreign rule children cold fever Chinese medicine, including： acupuncture, GuaSha, sponge bath, cupping, different therapies have their own advantages. [ Conclusion ] Traditional Chinese Medicinal heat ther- apy for children cold and diverse, the ideal treatment.
