摘要
[目的]观察中风后遗症患者康复指导的效果。[方法]将中风后遗症患者100例,应用情志护理、饮食护理、康复护理(按摩、肢体活动锻炼)等方法进行护理。[结果]显效62例,好转38例,总有效率100%。[结论]通过情志护理、饮食护理、康复护理可缓解中风后遗症患者的临床症状。
[ Objective] The effects observed in patients with stroke sequelae and rehabilitation guidance. [ Methods ] 100 cases of patients with stroke sequelae, the application of emotional care, dietary care, rehabil- itative care （massage, physical activity, exercise） and other methods of care. [ Results ] Effective in 62 cases, 38 cases improved , the total efficiency of 100%. [ Conclusion] Emotional care, diet care, rehabilitation care may alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with stroke sequelae.
