移动通信用户选择3G增值服务的预测分析研究

摘要 移动通信用户由2G服务转向3G服务是通信行业的热点问题,在分析2G和3G电信用户话费信息的基础上,提出2G用户转换为3G用户的倾向性问题.研究利用贝叶斯模型和逻辑回归模型分别分析该问题.实验结果表明,逻辑回归模型在平均召回率、平均正确率以及平均精确率分别比贝叶斯模型高2.93、3.32、2.72个百分点,在正确率上表现尤为出色. The transformation from 2G services to 3G services of the mobile communication users is a hot issue in the communication industry, which proposes the tendency question of 2G users transferring into 3G users on the basis of analyzing the telephone expenses of 2G and 3G telecom users. The study analyzes the question using Bayes model and logistic regression model respectively. The test result shows that average recalling rate, average correctness and average precision ratio of logistic regression model are 2.93,3.32 and 2.72 percent higher than that of Bayes model respectively, and the correctness ratio is especially outstanding.
