A Comment on the Development of Cloud Water Based on the Relationship Between Water Resources and Economic Growth

从水资源与经济增长的关系出发,以河南开封为例,分析了水资源的来源及其变化频率;水资源总量及其组成、时空分布、特点;经济增长对水资源的需求、矛盾及其发展;最后从增加水资源主要来源的渠道,提出了通过空中云水资源开发,增加水资源量,达到缓解水资源与经济增长矛盾的目的.简单分析了空中云水资源开发现状和潜力.

Based on the relationship between water resources and economic the water sources and its frequency distribution characteristics, and the changes growth, taking Kaifeng as an example, , total water resources and its composition and its spatial and temporal economic growth demand of water sources and contradictions between economic growth and water sources and its development of Kaifeng in Henan have been analyzed. In terms of adding the main sources of water resources, the development of cloud-water resource and increasing water quantity of water have been proposed to alleviate the contradiction of water resources and economic growth. The benefits of increasing water by the development of cloud-water resource have been briefly analyzed.
