摘要
采用新颖的雾化反应法制备出新型多孔ZrO2、ZrO2(Y2O3)、Al2O3、SnO2球形粉末。通过对产物表征表明:目前制备的上述氧化物粉末颗粒平均粒径Doxides<3μm,颗粒球形度好,球表面光滑。球形颗粒有三种显微结构:均匀多孔结构;核心疏松;外层致密多孔结构;空心多孔结构。煅烧后多孔氧化物球形粉末的比表面积温度分别为,c-ZrO2(700℃):~31.0 m2/g,t-ZrO2(Y2O3)(600℃):~34.9 m2/g,α-Al2O3(1 200℃):~170 m2/g。
New porous ZrO2 ,ZrO2( Y2O3 ) ,Al2O3 ,SnO2, and SnO2 spherical powders were prepared by novel spray reaction method. SEM, TEM/HRTEM, BET surface area, and XRD characterizations show that the average diameters of the obtained porous oxides powders are 〈3 μm, and particles are fairly spherical morphology with smooth surface. The spherical oxides particles possess three kinds of microstructures : homogeneous porous structure, porous structure with a loose core and dense shell, and hollow porous structure. After calcinations BET surface areas of porous oxides powders are c-ZrO2 ( 700℃ ) : 31.0 m2/g, t-ZrO2( Y2O3 ) (600 ℃ ) : - 34.9 m2/g, α-Al2O3( 1 200 ℃ ) : -170 m2/g, respectively.
