摘要 目的:利用图像处理软件Amira对帕金森病靶点相关核团进行三维重建。方法:首先将正常人体的头部磁共振数据输入图像工作站,在Amira中进行图像处理,然后经配准、剪切、分割、表面重建等步骤,获得立体形态的头部、第三脑室、尾状核、壳核、丘脑、苍白球结构。结果:在Amira中进行头部磁共振图像的三维重建可生成真实的脑部解剖结构,并可通过旋转、缩放和透明化等后处理再现核团的自然形态及毗邻关系。结论:基于Amira的三维重建可实现帕金森病靶点相关核团的可视化,对影像诊断和立体定向手术具有重要的指导意义。 Objective To perform the segmentation and 3D reconstruction of target nuclei in Parkinson's disease by Amira. Methods The head data of one healthy person were imported to image workstation. By registration, shear, segmentation and surface reconstruction, stereo images of the head, the third ventricle, caudate nucleus, putamen and thalamus and globus pallidus were obtained by Amira. Results The reconstructed structures were realistic and vivid, which reproduced the natural shape, location and abutted relationship of every nucleus. Conclusion The visualization of target nuclei in Parkinson's disease can be realized by 3D reconstruction based on Amira, which is of great significance for the imaging diagnosis and stereotactic surgery.
