摘要
目的:心电信号(ECG)是临床诊断心血管疾病的重要依据,但由于基线漂移等噪声的存在影响了其诊断的准确性,因此在心血管诊断中必须先对ECG信号中的基线漂移进行矫正。方法:分别对中值滤波、高通滤波、整系数滤波等3种不同的去除心电基线漂移算法的Matlab仿真实现和分析。结果:通过对MIT-BIH数据库中带基线漂移的心电信号进行滤波,发现在处理效果上,中值滤波的处理效果比较好,IIR高通滤波的方法对平整的ST段的抬升很明显,整系数滤波器矫正基线漂移的效果很好,只是在滤波初始阶段出现延时。结论:这3种滤波方法算法简单,易于硬件实现,并且能够较好地保留心电信号的重要信息。
Objective To correct the baseline excursion of ECG in the cardiovascular diagnosis. Methods Simulation analysis by Matlab was realized for median filtering, high-pass filtering and integer coefficient filtering of ECG signals. After processing ECG signals with baseline excursion in MIT/BIH database, median filtesing worked well in general, high- pass filtering raised smooth ST segment obviously, and integer coefficient filter behaved well for the elimination of baseline excursion with delay in the initial stage. Conclusion The three methods, including median filtering, high-pass filtering and integer coefficient filtering, are simple and easy to realize and can retain the important information of ECG.
