紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗中老年人晚期卵巢癌的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect of Taxol combined with Cisplatin therapy on advanced ovarian cancer in older patients

目的探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗中老年人晚期卵巢癌的临床疗效分析。方法选取本院门诊晚期卵巢癌患者60例为研究对象,随机分为两组,一组为治疗组（紫杉醇联合顺铂组）30例,治疗组给予紫杉醇145~175mg/m2静脉滴注＋顺铂75mg/m2静脉滴注;另一组为对照组（紫杉醇组）30例,对照组仅给予紫杉醇145~175mg/m2静脉滴注,28天为1个治疗周期,共治疗4个周期。4周期结束后,对两组患者治疗后完全缓解（CR）、部分缓解（PR）、稳定（CD）、进展（PD）及不良反应情况进行分析。结果两组患者4周期结束后,治疗组完全缓解（CR）者14例,部分缓解（PR）者8例,有效率为73.3%;对照组完全缓解（CR）者8例,部分缓解（PR）者9例,有效率为36.7%,两组比较具有显著性差异（P=0.04,χ2=8.148）。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗中老年人晚期卵巢癌疗效显著,不良反应轻,患者可耐受,副作用少,值得临床使用。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of taxol combined with cisplatin therapy on advanced ovarian cancer in elder patients.METHODS 60 cases of advanced ovarian cancer were randomly divided into combination group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given 145～175mg·m-2 of taxol and 75mg·m-2 of cisplatin intravenous drip;The control group was only given 145～175mg·m-2 of taxol,28 days for a treatment cycle and the treatment lasted 4 cycles.After treatment,complete remission （CR）,part catabatic（PR）,stable（CD）,progress（PD） and adverse reactions were analyzed between two groups.RESULTS After 4 cycles of treatment,complete remission in the combination group was 14 cases and the part catabatic was 8 cases,with an effective rate of 73.3%;In the control group,the number of complete remission and part catabatic were 8 cases and 9 cases,respectively,with an effective rate of 36.7%.There was significant difference of effect rate in two groups of comparisons with significant difference（P=0.04,χ2=8.148）.Adverse reactions happened in two groups during treatment,but did not affect the quality of life and the treatment cycle.The nausea and vomiting incidence in control group were more obvious than treatment group,with statistical significance（P=0.001,χ2=11.882）.CONCLUSION The treatment of taxol combined with cisplatin on advanced ovarian cancer in elder patients was effective and safe with less adverse reactions,which can be tolerant by patients.
