甘露饮和沙利度胺联合治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的疗效评价

Clinical observation of the combined treatment of Ganluyin and Thalidomide for Recurrent aphthous ulcer

目的应用中药甘露饮和沙利度胺联合治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡,观察其临床疗效。方法选择复发性阿弗他溃疡患者86例,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组43例给予中药甘露饮和沙利度胺,对照组43例仅给予沙利度胺,观察两组的临床疗效及溃疡完全愈合时间。结果实验组总有效率达88.4%,对照组总有效率为74.4%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P=0.045)。实验组溃疡完全愈合平均时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药甘露饮和沙利度胺联合治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床效果优于单独沙利度胺治疗组。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of combination application treatment of Chinese traditional medicine（CTM） Ganluyin and thalidomide for Recurrent aphthous ulcer（RAU）.METHODS Eighty-six RAU patients were randomly divided into two groups.The trail group（43 cases） was given CTM Ganluyin and thalidomide;the control group（43 cases） was given thalidomide only.RESULTS The total effective rate was 88.4% in trail group,74.4% in control group.There was significant difference between the two groups（P=0.045）.The average time of ulcer healing in trail group was shorter than in control group,the difference was sinigficant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The combined treatment of CTM Ganluyin and thalidomide is superior to thalidomide alone for RAU.
