大黄多糖对糖尿病动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂代谢及主动脉形态学的影响 被引量:18

摘要 目的观察大黄多糖对糖尿病动脉粥样硬化大鼠血糖、血脂、主动脉形态学的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠分为正常组和造模组,将造模成功的糖尿病动脉粥样硬化大鼠随机分为模型组和大黄多糖高、中、低剂量组,给药4周后麻醉各组大鼠,股动脉采血测定血糖、血脂,主动脉病理切片观察组织形态学变化。结果在大黄多糖的作用下,糖尿病动脉粥样硬化大鼠总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大黄多糖高剂量组大鼠体质量及空腹血糖明显降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大黄多糖能降血糖、降血脂,从而改善糖尿病动脉粥样硬化大鼠的血脂代谢异常和病理改变。 Objective To investigate the effects of rhubarb polysaccharide on blood glucose, blood lipid and artery morphology in diabetic atherosclerosis rats. Methods Wistar rats were divided into the normal group and modeling group, and model rats of diabetic atherosclerosis were randomly divided into the model group, rhubarb high-, medium- and low-dose group. After treated for 4 weeks, blood glucose and lipid were detected, and artery morphology was observed. Results The rhubarb polysaccharide decreased total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in rats with diabetes atherosclerosis, compared with the model group {P 〈 0.05). The body weight and blood glucose of rhubarb high-dose group were decreased significantly compared with the model group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Rhubarb polysaccharide can decrease blood glucose and lipid, thus improve pathologocal changes and lipid metabolism of rats with diabetic atherosclerosis.
