鼻内镜下微波治疗血管运动性鼻炎疗效分析

Effect of microwave operation under the nasal endosoope to vasomotor rhinitis

目的:探讨鼻内镜下微波治疗血管运动性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:73例血管运动性鼻炎患者在鼻内镜下采用微波治疗仪进行微波凝固治疗,随访1年以上,根据治疗前后症状分级记分和体征分级记分对比,对远期疗效进行评估。结果:术后1周,全部病例显效。1年后随访,显效61例(83.6%),有效9例(12.3%),无效3例(4.1%),总有效率95.9%。结论:鼻内镜下微波治疗是血管运动性鼻炎的一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective：To explore the effect of microwave operation under the nasal endosoope on the vasomotor rhinitis. Methods：Seventy-three patients with vasomotor rhinitis were treated with microwave operation under the nasal endoscope. All patients had been followed up more than one year, The outcomes were evaluated by score of symptom and nasal inspection. Results ：All cases with microwave operation showed the best effects after I week. After one year, 61 cases excellent （83.6% ）, 9 cases effective （12.3% ）, 3 eases invalid （4.1% ）, The general effective rate was 95. 9%. Conclusion： Microwave operation under the nasal endoscope is effective and safe in treatment of vasomotor rhinitis
