摘要
目的:观察孕期实施多样化健康教育对自然分娩的影响。方法:将2010年度自然分娩的168例孕妇设为对照组,2011年度实施孕期多样化健康教育后的孕妇中随机选择168例设为观察组,两组一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),比较两组孕期健康教育知识问卷调查得分、孕期增长的体重指数、胎儿重量、产程时间、分娩中转剖宫产比例及胎儿窘迫发生比例。结果:两组健康教育知识问卷调查得分、孕期增长的体重指数、胎儿重量、产程时间、分娩中转剖宫产比例及胎儿窘迫发生比例比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过孕期多样化健康教育,使孕妇获得了有关分娩知识及分娩的技巧,建立了自信心,减轻或消除焦虑、恐惧的心理,缩短了产程,提高了孕妇自然分娩率,减少了新生儿并发症。
Objective :To observe the effect of diversified health education during pregnancy on the natual Child- birth. Methods:Set the 2010 annual natural childbirth in hospital 168 cases of pregnant women in the controi grbu~, 2011 annual implementation pregnancy diversified health education for pregnant women randomly selected 168 cases is set to the observation group,with no statistically significant differences were compared between the two groups dur- ing pregnancy questionnaire score of health education ,growth during pregnancy body mass index ,fetal weight ,time of the birth process ,the proportion of transit cesarean section and the proportion of fetal distress. Results:Two groups of health education questionnaire score,the pregnancy growth in body mass index, time of the birth process, fetal weight, birth transit cesarean section ratio and the proportion of fetal distress the difference was statistically significant (P〈 0. 05). Conclusion:Diversified health education during pregnancy,pregnant women receive the delivery of knowledge and delivery skills, self-confidence, reduce or eliminate anxiety, fear, shortening the birth process time, to improve the pregnant women natural childbirth rate ,to reduce neonatal complications.
