摘要
用动态力学分析方法研究了少烟NEPE推进剂及其黏合剂胶片的黏弹特性。结果表明,PET/N100胶片、PET/N100/NG-TEGDN胶片和推进剂样品在玻璃态的储能模量E′依次增大,PET/N100胶片的损耗模量E″最大,推进剂的E″最小;胶片和推进剂在玻璃化转变区的E′依次显著降低,E″和tanδ(β转变)依次达到最大值后逐渐降低,其中PET/N100胶片、PET/N100/NG-TEGDN胶片和推进剂的Tg分别为-82、-73和-65℃;在橡胶态,PET/N100胶片的E′和E″在-24℃附近出现峰值,PET/N100/NG-TEGDN胶片和推进剂的E′和E″随温度降低显著降低,且PET/N100胶片在-3℃出现明显的α松弛损耗峰,PET/N100/NG-TEGDN胶片和推进剂tanδ的α松弛峰温下降到-24℃。
The viscoelastic characteristics of the low smoke NEPE propellant and the binder films were studied by the dynamic mechanical analyzer.The results indicated that the E′ of the PET/N100 binder film,PET/N100/NG-TEGDN film and propellant are increased,the E″ of the PET/N100 binder film reaches to the maximum,while the propellant is the minimum in the glassy state;E′ of the samples are decreased obviously in the vitrification transition region,the Tg of the samples are-82℃、-73℃ and-65℃,respectively;a peak was appeared at-24℃ in E′ and E″ of the PET/N100 binder film in the rubbery state,while those of the other samples were decreased significantly,an obvious α relaxation peak was found at-3℃ and the α relaxation peaks of PET/N100/NG-TEGDN film and propellant were shifted to-24℃.
