摘要
立柱布置方式对液压支架的很多力学参数都有影响,立柱布置不合理容易引起液压支架发生故障或损坏,影响煤矿安全生产。建立了掩护式液压支架的力学模型,分析了立柱布置方式对支架底座前端比压及连杆受力的影响,为立柱的合理布置提供了理论依据和可行方法。
Several mechanical characteristics of prop arrangement are influenced by prop arrangement.Irrational arrangement may result in powered support failure or damage and influence safe mining.Mechanical model of shield powered support was set up to analyze the influence of prop arrangement on specific pressure of foundation's front end and force of connecting rod,and provide theoretical basis and feasible method for rational prop arrangement.
