Research on the Principles of Management Course Teaching Material Development in Independent College

文章基于独立学院教材《管理学原理》开发背景分析的基础上,提出其开发过程中适应应用型人才培养需要、致力于提高学生综合素质、与时俱进反映学科进展和体现人文关怀等四项原则,阐述该课程教材合理拟定教材编写框架、强化实践教学内容、结合多种教学方法和注重立体教材开发等方面的编写思路。

Based on the analysis of the background of the development of the Principles of Management teaching material in independent college,this paper points out that during the process of development,there are four principles:firstly,the development of the teaching material must meet the needs of application-based talents training in the independent college;secondly,it must commit to improving the students' comprehensive quality;thirdly,it must advance with the times to reflect the subject development;finally it must reflect the humanistic care.In addition,the paper elaborates on the thoughts of teaching material development,such as draft textbook compilation framework in a reasonable way,emphasize the practice in teaching content,combine various teaching methods and develop varieties of teaching materials and so on.
