高职学院汽车类专业校企合作之SWOT分析——以四川交通职业技术学院汽车系为例

SWOT Analysis of the College-enterprise Cooperation for Automobile Specialty in Higher Vocational College——A Case Study of Department of Cars of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Transportation

采用在企业战略管理中常用的"SWOT分析法"对四川交通职业技术学院汽车系校企合作发展的现状进行分析,发现其优势包括:为汽车行业发展培养了大量技术型人才,毕业生已遍布全国,赢得了用人单位和社会各界的认可,在四川和全国高职汽车类院校中享有良好的声誉;通过校企合作,融入了企业的培训理念,引入了企业的培训内容,教师的课程开发能力、社会服务能力明显增强。针对管理机制和管理水平滞后、学生职业素养有待进一步提高等问题,提出深化内部管理机制改革,积极引进人才、优化项目师资配置,多渠道合作办学以解决生源不足,积极拓展校企合作领域、巩固校企合作领先优势等策略,以促进其发展。

This paper adopts a commonly used strategy in enterprise management 'SWOT' analysis method to analyze the current situation of the college-enterprise cooperation of the Department of Automotive Engineering in Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Transportation.The paper points out that the strengths of the cooperation include:cultivate many skill-based talents for automobile industry;the graduates now working nationwide get the approval of the employers and the society and therefore the Department of Automotive Engineering in Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Transportation enjoy a good reputation in vocational colleges in Sichuan and China;through cooperation,the training concepts of enterprises are infiltrated,the training content is introduced and teachers' ability to develop course is enhanced;the students' ability to serve the society is also improved.As for the problems,such as,the backward management mechanism and management level,the comparatively poor quality of the students etc.The paper puts forward the following countermeasures:deepen the reform of the internal management mechanism,bring in talents,optimize the faculty resources allocation,and cooperate with different partners to deal with the enrollment shortage,expand the cooperation field,and strengthen the leading advantages of college-enterprise cooperation.Only in this way,can the development of the college be promoted.
