医学影像科室的护理管理探讨

目的探究医学影像科室的护理管理水平及促进护理管理水平提高的有效措施。方法制定一套较为健全的护理方案:强化扫描护理、高质量护理人员介入治疗术中、术后护理、核磁共振检查前护理。结果以上护理工作的严格执行有效提高了影像科室的护理管理质量,并促进了影像科多种强化扫描检查、介入手术的顺利开展。结论健全完善护理管理制度的建立、高水平、高质量的护理队伍、强烈的无菌操作观念是提高护理质量和保证影像护理安全的关键所在。

Objective To study the level of nursing management in the department of medical imaging and the effective measures which could promote nursing management. Methods To formulate a perfect systerm of nursing programs which include of strength of scanning nursing, high-quaity nursing among surgery,post-operative and before NMR. Results The quality of nursing manage- ment,scanning examination and the smooth completion of interventional sugery were improved after the strict performance of the above care work in the imaging department.Conclusions The construction of care management system ,high-quality nursing group, aseptic concept are key for the improving of nursing quality and guarantee of care security.
