米索前列醇在妇产科流产患者中的应用研究

The application research of Misoprostol in abortion patients

目的探讨研究米索前列醇在妇产科早期妊娠患者药物流产中的临床应用。方法选择该院2009年7月-2011年6月间妇产科所收治的384例行人工流产的早期妊娠患者进行了临床不同给药方式米索前列醇的应用效果研究。结果在成功率(完全流产)方面研究组为183例(95.3%)显著高于对照组163例(84.9%);流产时间方面,研究组与对照组差异无统计学意义。在阴道出血量及并发症方面,研究组显著少于对照组。结论作为临床药物,米索前列醇片性能稳定而易于室温储存,同时具备吸收速度快、见效显著以及作用持续时间长等显著优点。米索前列醇阴道用药成功率显著高于口服组,阴道出血量及并发症也显著优于口服组,提高了完全流产率,降低了后续清宫率,易于在基层医院显著推行。

Objective To investigate the application of Misoprostol in abortion patients. Methods 384 cases earlier pregnant pa- tients has been chosen and their clinical material was restropectively analyzed in different group （via mouth and vagina）. Results On completely abortion ratio, control group is 95.3% and higher than 84.9% of blank group. But there is no difference on abortion time. On blood quantity and complications, control group has significant advantages than blank group. Conclusion As a clinical drug, Misoprostol is stable,easy to store and quick absorption time. And curing effect is better via vigina than via mouth. So it should be widely used in primary hospital.
