The paper describes that the challenge of world economic crisis and the manufacturing technique of traditional ’subtractive process’ in PCB.Besides increasing ’domestic-demand’,the fundamental way out for PCB lies in manufacturing technique innovation,so the PCB industry will succeed in development with vitality.
