在分析使用硅胶片制作阶梯式线路板的基础上,针对其不足之处采用PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)取代硅胶片来制作大尺寸多单元阶梯式线路板。PTFE制作阶梯板具有厚度范围广,流胶及翘曲控制稳定,适合批量制作等优点,最终利用PTFE成功制作大尺寸多单元金属化和非金属化阶梯式线路板。

This paper research large size multiunit cavity’s stepstair PCB which use PTFE what on the analysis of disadvantage of using silicone rubber.This process has large tolerance of stairstep depth,control stability of resin flowing and bow ＆ twist so we can make large size PTH ＆ NPTH stairestep PCB by this way.
