探讨布地奈德、博利康尼联合治疗婴幼儿哮喘疗效

Discussion of budesonide, Bricanyl combined in treatment of infant asthma

目的通过临床对婴幼儿哮喘患儿应用布地奈德、博利康尼联合治疗,分析其临床疗效。方法本课题研究主要选取我院60例婴幼儿哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组临床给予布地奈德联合博利康尼溶液雾化吸入治疗,对照组给予甲基强的松龙静点联合博利康尼溶液雾化吸入治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组患儿总有效率为28例(93.3%),对照组患儿总有效率为21例(70.0%),两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且观察组患儿的主要症状以及体征持续时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合博利康尼能够缓解患儿的哮喘症状,且使用安全可靠,是患儿首选的治疗方法。

Objective Through clinical on Application of budesonide in infants with asthma, Bricanyl combined treatment, analysis of its clinical effect. Methods This study mainly selected in our hospital in 60infants and young children with asthma were ran- domly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group of budesonide and Bricanyl in clinical given solution inhalation therapy, the control group was given intravenous methylprednisolone combined with Bficanyl nebulized inhala- tion treatment, analysis of two groups of patients after treatment of clinical efficacy. Results In observation group were the total ef- ficiency of 28cases （93.3%） of patients in the control group, the total efficiency of 21cases （70%）, the contrast between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. And in observation group were the main symptoms and signs of duration was significantly shorter than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Budesonide combined with Boli Connie to relieve asthma symptoms, and safe and reliable use, children is the preferred method of treatment.
