摘要 从高速动车布线线槽的金属材质选择、线槽屏蔽和开孔、线槽分区、线槽接地等角度进行线槽EMC设计的关键技术进行分析,给出了包括车内线槽、车下线槽和关键电缆通讯线槽的结构设计,并对线槽间接口处的搭接技术进行了分析和仿真建模计算,得出动车组线槽搭接导体的形状对屏蔽效能的影响。 From the points of metal material selection,tray shielding and hole punching,tray partition and tray grounding to analyze the EMC key technologies of the high-speed EMUs wiring Tray design.This paper gives the structure design including tray inside car,tray under car and key cable communication tray.At the same time,the bonding technology between trays is analyzed and simulated which gets the effect on shielding effectiveness from the shape of bonding conductor of tray on high speed EMUs.
