基于结构/控制耦合的动能拦截器捷联结构设计

摘要 在直接脉冲控制力的激励下,动能拦截器弹体结构动力学响应引起的捷联寻的器和捷联惯组处的振动,在敏感元件测量值中引入了动态弹性干扰量,进而引起大的脱靶量。提出了一种基于结构与控制耦合分析的捷联结构设计,利用Matlab/Simulink软件建立动能拦截器真比例导引控制模型,利用Ansys软件建立拦截器的有限元模型,对寻的器与惯导在不同的捷联方式和不同捷联刚度情况下进行控制与结构的联合仿真。仿真结果表明,增大接连刚度,降低两敏感元件的捷联安装的异面程度,让两者相邻布局,一定条件下可以解决弹性振动引起的脱靶问题。 The elastic vibration triggered by divert force, dynamic elastic vibration disturbance of KKV will be included into the measurement data of the sensors. The undershoot may appear because of the vibration disturbance. A strapdown structure design method based on control and structure interaction simulation is applied. A true proportional navigation control model for the KKV is created in MATLAB/Simulink , while the FEM model is created in ANSYS , and a control and structure interaction simulation is carried out under different strapdown method and materials of the strapdown mount for the IMU and the seeker. From the simulation results, it can be found that elastic vibration effect can be depressed by increasing the stiffness of strapdown material and eliminating the relative rotation between the IMU and the seeker. So fixing the IMU close to the seeker can avoid undershoot under certain conditions.
