川崎病免疫发病机制的研究进展

Research Progress of the Immune Pathogenesis of Kawasaki Disease

川崎病的发病机制尚不完全清楚,但目前研究趋势认为川崎病是在一定遗传易患性基础上,由外源性抗原触发,引起机体免疫紊乱所致。现重点对免疫因素在川崎病发生、发展中的可能发病机制进行综述,其中包括T、B细胞的异常活化,细胞因子介导的血管损伤,免疫信号转导途径的异常激活等。

The pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease is not entirely clear, though current research trendsargued that Kawasaki disease was based on a certain genetic predisposition, triggered by the exogenous an- tigen, resulting in the immune disorder. Here is to make a review on the pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease, focusing on immune factors, including the abnormal activation of T, B lymphocytes, cytokine-mediated vas- cular injury, abnormal activation of immune signal transduction pathway.
