白细胞介素27在皮肤病发病机制中的作用

摘要 白细胞介素(IL)27是IL-6/IL-12家族的新成员,由p28和EB病毒诱导基因3两个亚基组成,主要由激活的单核细胞和树突状细胞产生,其受体由WSX-1和gp130组成。它具有多种生物学功能,与机体感染性、自身免疫性、肿瘤等多种疾病密切相关。现就IL-27的结构、生物学特征及其在湿疹、银屑病、结缔组织病、人类免疫缺陷病毒感染和恶性黑素瘤中的作用予以综述。 Interleukin(IL)-27 is a new member of the IL-6/IL-12 family, composed of two subunits, the Epstcin-Barr virus-induced gene 3 and p28, and produced by activated monocytes and dendritic ceils. The IL- 27R comprises gpl30 and WSX-1. IL-27 has a variety of biological functions, and is closely linked to the body of infectious, autoimmune, cancer and other diseases. Here is to make a review on the structure of IL-27 and biological characteristics, and the role of IL-27 in eczema, psoriasis, connective tissue disease,human im- munodeficiency virus infection and malignant melanoma.
