摘要
宫颈癌是女性生殖道恶性肿瘤中发病率最高的肿瘤,在女性癌瘤中发病率仅次于乳腺癌。研究表明,细胞周期与细胞癌变关系密切。p1F4ARF基因是近年来报道的专职调控细胞周期的抑癌基因,在肿瘤的发生、细胞周期和细胞凋亡方面都具有至关重要的作用,已成为国内外学者研究的热点。现就p14ARF基因及其与宫颈癌关系的研究现状予以综述。
Cervical cancer has the highest incidence among malignant tumors of female reproductive tract, which is second only to breast cancer. Studies show that cell cycle is closely related to the cellular canceration. In recent years, pl4ARF is reported as a dedicated cell cycle regulation gene of tumor suppressor, playing an impor- tant role in the occurrence of cancer,cell cycles and cell apoptosis,and it has become a hot spot in the research field. Here is to make a review on pl4ARF genes and its relationship with cervical cancer.
