踝臂指数(ABI)是诊断外周动脉疾病,评估其预后的简单、有效的方法。脉搏波传导速度(PWV)是反映动脉僵硬度的早期较敏感的指标。临床上广泛应用这两项无创的检测方法,对于加强动脉疾病的早期筛查与检测、提高动脉粥样硬化性疾病的防治水平具有重要的意义。现着重阐述ABI与PWV在心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、肾脏病变和外周血管病变的研究进展,旨在探讨ABI与PWV在多学科中的临床应用价值,以期更早地防治动脉粥样硬化性疾病。

Ankle brachial index（ABI） is a simple and effective method of diagnosis and assessing the prog-nosis for peripheral artery disease. Pulse wave velocity（ PWV ）is the early and sensitive index tor arterial still- ness. The two noninvasive methods applied to clinical medicine widely have vital significance for strengthening the early screening and detection of artery disease, and improving the prevention and treatment level of arterio- sclerosis diseases. Here is to make a review focusing on the clinical study progress of ABI and PWV with many diseases, including cardiovascular disease, eerebrovascular disease, nephropathy and peripheral arterial disease, with the purpose to discuss the clinical application value of ABI and PWV in order to improve the earlier pre- vention and treatment of the atheroselerotie disease.
