功能磁共振成像无创性评价前列腺癌治疗的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,扩散加权磁共振成像、磁共振波谱成像和动态对比增强磁共振成像等功能磁共振成像技术在前列腺癌的临床应用中,明显提高了前列腺癌诊断、鉴别诊断和临床分期的准确性,也为评价其治疗效果提供了可能。现就这三种功能磁共振成像技术在前列腺癌的诊断、治疗方案的制订和评估治疗反应及复发灶的检出等方面应用的最新进展进行综述。 In recent years, the application of functional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)techniques including diffusion weighted imaging ( DWI), MR spectroscopy ( MRS ) and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) have demonstrated great potentials to improve the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and staging accuracy for prostate cancer, and made it possible to evaluate therapeutic effects. Here is to make a review on the recent advances of the functional MRI techniques in prostate cancer, including diagnosis, formulation of treatment plan, evaluation of therapeutic reaction, and detection of lesion recurrence.
