大型LNG储罐外罐环向预应力筋布置优化 被引量:3

摘要 大型LNG(液化天然气)储罐的外罐采用预应力混凝土结构,用来负责收集由于偶然原因从內罐中渗漏出的液化天然气。內罐在泄漏状态下内力分布和变形较为复杂。我国LNG事业起步较晚,国内对大型LNG储罐外罐的研究较少,尚不能完全自主设计大型LNG预应力储罐。为打破大型LNG储罐国外技术垄断,实现国内自主设计提供理论依据,以某16万m3LNG储罐为例,应用大型有限元软件ANSYS对內罐泄漏状态下的外罐进行有限元分析。根据內罐泄漏状态下外罐应力和变形规律,逐步优化外罐环向预应力筋配置。最终提出合理的环向预应力筋布置方案。 The external wall of large LNG(liquefied natural gas) storage tank is bulit with prestressed concrete.It is used to collect the liquefied natural gas that leak from the inner tank due to accidental reasons,and its internal force distribution and deformation complex when LNG leak from the inner tank.In our country LNG cause started late and the researches on external wall of large LNG storage tank is very little at home.Large prestressed LNG storage tanks completely independently can be not designed.In order to provide theoretical basis to break the monopoly of foreign technology of large LNG storage tanks and to achieve independent design,one 160 000 m 3 LNG storage tank as an example and use Large finite-element software ANSYS is taken to analyse external wall which under the condition of inner tank leakage.According to the external tank's stress and deformation laws under the condition of inner tank leakage,optimize the layout of circumferential prestressed reinforcement gradually and present a reasonable precept of circumferential prestressed reinforcement direction arranged plan.
