一种两阶段多平台对地观测资源匹配方法 被引量:1

A Two Phase Matching Approach of Multi-platform Earth Observing Resource

摘要 在抢险救灾等应急条件下,采用卫星、飞艇和无人机等多类平台资源协同对地观测具有广泛的应用前景,而多平台资源匹配是实现协同对地观测技术的前提。针对应急任务的实时性要求和多平台资源的异构性特点,面向任务需求,设计了一个两阶段资源匹配方法。第一阶段基于合同网进行资源筛选,缩小匹配空间;第二阶段基于效用函数对第一阶段中标的资源进行能力预估,得到资源满足任务的综合效用值。通过实验分析,验证了两阶段资源匹配算法的有效性。 Collaborative earth observing technology,which is based on multi-platform of observing resources composed of satellites,air ship and unmanned aerial vehicle in emergency such as disaster rescue,is very promising in the future.Meanwhile,the effective matching approaches between resources and tasks are the precondition of collaborative earth observing technology.Aimming at the real-time request of emergent tasks and the isomerous characteristic of multi-platform observing resources,a two phase resource matching method based on contract net and utility function that is oriented to task necessity is put forward.The results of experiments indicate some basic idea of the matching approach that the resource matching algorithm outperforms others.
