摘要
为了解决陕西卫矛组织培养中生根难的问题,实验采用组织培养获得的再生植株作为试验材料。附加不同种类不同浓度的添加剂进行诱导生根及移栽试验。结果表明:陕西卫矛的最佳生根培养基为(1/2)MS+NAA3.0 mg/L+AgNO30.05 mg/L,生根率可达86.27%,且生根的质量较好,平均生根数、平均根长提高效果显著。
In order to solve the difficult problem of root induction in Euonymus schensianus Maxim,the Plantlet were used as experimental materials to perform rooting induction and transplanting.To add different concentration NAA and AgNO3 to the medium composed of 12 different induction medium were investigated.The results show that the suitable rooting medium was(1/2) MS supplemented with 3.0 mg/L NAA and 0.05 mg/L AgNO3,in which the rooting rate of seedling could reach 86.27% and quality of roots was good.It could improve obviously the frequency of rooting,number of rooting and average root length.
