摘要 低频振动降低原油黏度是提高采收率的一种生态物理采油方法。通过室内物理模拟实验评价振动参数对原油黏度的影响规律。结果表明在低频振动条件下,振动时间为30 min,振动频率为20 Hz左右,振动加速度为0.04 g时,降黏效率最佳,降黏率可达72.9%。并且实验结果表明,在影响降黏效果的诸因素中,振动加速度的影响最大,其次是振动频率和振动时间。因而低频振动也可以通过降低油水流度比(原油黏度)来提高采收率。 Low-frequency vibration to reduce the viscosity of crude oil is a biophysical oil recovery method to enhance oil recovery.Through physical simulation experiments,the effects of vibration parameters on the viscosity of crude oil can be evaluated.It is shown from the experimental results that under the condition of low frequency vibration,the viscosity reduction efficiency is the best and the viscosity reduction rate can arrive to 72.9% when the vibration time is 30 min,the vibration frequency is 20 Hz,and the vibration acceleration is 0.04 g.the experimental results also indicate that in these factors effecting viscosity reduction,the vibration acceleration is the most important,which followed by the vibration frequency and vibration time.Therefore,low-frequency vibration can also enhance oil recovery by reducing the oil flow ratio(viscosity of crude oil).
