摘要
主要介绍了聚烯烃料仓的重力均化理论和掺混形式。根据物料的流动特点,结合实验装置的测试,研究了多流道旋叶式掺混料仓的掺混效果。设计出旋叶式掺混器的结构,实现了多流道旋叶式掺混技术的设备国产化。并对几种形式聚烯烃料仓的经济性进行了比较,为掺混料仓设备的开发和应用提供了技术支持,具有较高的参考价值。
The thesis mainly introduces the gravity homogenization theory and blending forms of polyolegin slio,according to flow characteristics of materials,combined with the test equipment.The study was conducted on the mixing effect of the multi-channel rotary vane blending silo,the design of the structure for rotary vane blending implement,realized the mixing technology of the multi-channel rotary vane and equipment was homemade,moreover compared for the economy of some conformation of polyolefin slio.The technical support foe the development and application of blending slio is provided.The high referende value is devicd.
