建设类高等院校的教学改革虽然已进行多年,但从总体上看,还存在一些问题。以土建类专业为例,存在着人才培养目标与社会发展的要求不相适应;课程设置与岗位任职资格管理制度对人才的知识结构要求不相适应;人才培养模式与岗位任职资格管理制度对人才的能力要求不相适应。基于此,建设类高等院校应采取有效措施,深化教学改革,为经济建设培养适合社会发展需要的专业人才。

The civil engineering profession, for example, there is incommensurate in personnel training objectives and the requirements of social development, course offered and the requirements of the knowledge structure in the management system of competence for a post, patterns of personnel training and the management system of competence for a post. Based on this, the institutions that related with the construction should take effective measures to deepen the education reform in order to training qualified professionals for the needs of economic and social development.
