Content Determination of Taurine in Taurine Drop Eye

目的:测定牛磺酸滴眼液中牛磺酸的含量。方法:采用分光光度法测定牛磺酸滴眼液中牛磺酸的含量。结果:牛磺酸在10～60mg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率为99.3%(n=6)。结论:牛磺酸滴眼液中牛磺酸的平均为0.034mg/ml,方法稳定性良好,操作简单易行,符合药品定量分析要求。
