Speeding up the Accumulation of Human Capital of Mobile Population of Urban Minority in Pearl River Delta Region

本文首先就城市少数民族流动人口和人力资本的内涵进行了介绍,在此基础上就珠三角地区城市少数民族流动人口的现状进行了分析,认为应该从教育、社会保障、技能培训等方面加快珠三角地区城市少数民族流动人口的人力资本积累。

The Pearl River Delta Region is the fastest growing area with mobile population of urban minority.Firstly, this paper introduces the connotation of the mobile population of urban minority and human capital.Then,the current status of mobile urban minority population in the Pearl River Delta Region is analyzed.Finally,it is concluded that to speed up the accumulation of human capital in this region should start from such aspects as education,social security,skills training,etc.
